Before founding Basil Capital & Development, Michael owned and operated a construction company for over 15 years. He has 25+ years of combined real estate, construction, and development experience. He handles day-to-day operations of site selection, acquisition, deal structure, and finance.

Merritt Dake

Partner

Formerly the founder and CEO of Rock Dental Brands, which he helped scale to over 100 clinics and 1,000 employees, Merritt now serves as CEO of OneHealth Companies to support the broader multi-site healthcare space. A trained CPA, Merritt is skilled in deal analysis and financial modeling to ensure client success.

Gillian Gullett

Project Manager

A recent graduate of the Clinton School of Public Service, Gillian focused her studies on urban and community development. With years of experience in research, program planning and management, and client success, Gillian supports the development team and works with various stakeholders and consultants to facilitate progress and meet client goals.
